Now we are looking for an Export Operations Manager - a specialist who will help us systematically support international orders.

So, if you:

  • Have experience in the field of foreign trade, exports or international sales from 2 years

  • You understand what an invoice, specification, packing list and principles of customs clearance are

  • You have experience in preparing and supporting export documentation

  • You work confidently with large prices, tables of balances and numbers

  • You have experience in CRM systems and are used to recording all stages of interaction with clients

  • You speak English at a level no lower than Intermediate (for business correspondence and working with documents)

  • Attentive to details, systematic and responsible -

then we will be happy to meet you at an interview, where we will discuss the specifics of the work in more detail and introduce you to the head of the department.

We offer a brief introduction to responsibilities:

  • International sales support: receiving and processing orders from foreign partners

  • Checking product availability and invoicing

  • Preparation and coordination of export documentation (for customs, brokers and logisticians)

  • Control of compliance of labeling and accompanying documents with the requirements of a specific country (for example, Romania or Moldova)

  • Maintenance of the CRM system: recording the statuses of deals and communication history

  • Communication with partners regarding shipments and payments
