Main tasks

Etsy and online store

• Etsy store administration and development
• Creation and optimization of listings (description, SEO, photos, prices)
• Sales analysis and suggestions for improving results
• Filling and finalizing the existing website (content, structure)

Export orders

• Complete communication with foreign customers (in English)
• Coordination of order details and transfer of TK to production
• Process control: order > production > packaging > delivery
• Working with logistics and support of export shipments

Direction development

• Systematization of the export process
• Proposals on scaling sales
• Selection and adaptation of the assortment for export markets

• Experience with Etsy (real experience, no theory)
• English language - confident written communication
• Understanding e-commerce processes
• Independence, systematicity, responsibility for the result
• Ability to work with technical details

• Working with Shopify / WordPress / others CMS
