Requirements:

• Higher education in social sciences, gender studies, psychology, social work, law, public health, or other relevant fields.
• Experience in NGOs or in the social sector with the above responsibilities
< li>Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian - fluent,proficiency in English can be an advantage.
• Ability to use a computer and standard office programs
• Flexibility, multitasking, professionalism

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Understanding the principles Social work;
• Experience of working in non-profit organizations in areas related to Humanitarian Protection
• Deep understanding of issues of gender-based violence, its causes and consequences.
• Knowledge of international standards and norms in the field of human rights protection and gender equality
• Ability to organize and coordinate work in a team.
• Ability to work in stressful situations and in conditions of limited resources.
