Expert of the department of educational and training projects in Nacionalna sluzhba zdorov’ya Ukrayini

Expert of the department of electronic knowledge management tools of the Department of Educational and Training Projects for providers of medical services.

Functional duties:

The need to prepare training materials in the direction of electronic medical records

Conducting meetings with customers and external stakeholders in the implementation of projects in order to collect and formalize information about existing business processes in order to form educational materials;

Development and implementation of educational products and other activities of the Academy of National Health and Welfare for providers of medical services in the direction of keeping electronic medical records;

Analysis and updating of information from technical documentation and, accordingly, updating and improving training programs in the direction of keeping electronic medical records;

Communication with stakeholders and interested parties parties to obtain the necessary input information for educational products;

Providing consultations to stakeholders and interested parties regarding the developed educational materials;

Preparation of periodic reports on the status of the completion of tasks;

Assistance in forming the backlog of projects;

Adherence to existing SDLC requirements and material development deadlines, making proposals for improving processes.

Basic requirements:

Work experience of 3 years or more in the field of business analysis of IT projects;
Understanding of the software development process (SDLC);
Experience in writing technical specifications (statements of requirements or SRS) for IT projects;
 Experience in maintaining documentation (Confluence) ;

Experience in developing educational products for IT tools;

Ability to understand formalized business processes (UML, BPMN);

Experience in communicating with clients (conducting a survey, forming and introducing the necessary requirements, conducting presentations);
Ability to transform information into a format understandable for its consumer.

Additional requirements:

Experience of working with projects in health care, in particular regarding the implementation of digital tools in health care;
Experience of working with task management systems (JIRA);
Experience of organizing/conducting training in the medical field.

Personal qualities:

Punctuality and understanding of responsibility for completing tasks;
Accurateness, literacy in writing materials in a structured form.
Proficiency in the Ukrainian language;
Knowledge of the English language within limits, which allows you to read and understand the technical documentation.
