Responsibilities:
- analysis of the socio-economic situation in certain communities of the Kharkiv region. (Bogoduhiv, Krasnokutsk, Lozova) including existing programs, challenges and development potential;
- development or updating of community socio-economic development programs in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the principles of sustainable development, taking into account changes in communities that have taken place thanks to the Project;
- development or adaptation of local social programs, taking into account the needs of vulnerable population groups (children, youth, families in difficult life circumstances, IDPs, etc.), taking into account the changes in communities that have taken place thanks to the Project;
- holding strategic sessions/working meetings with representatives of local self-government bodies, social services, public organizations;
- preparing final documents (program projects) and presenting the results to communities;
- reporting to the Organizer on the results of the work.
Requirements:
- higher education in the relevant field;
- at least 5 years of experience in coaching or expert work;
- general experience in the field of social services, social work or program development or strategic planning for 5-10 years;
- have a positive 3 to 5 years of experience in developing strategies, programs and recommendations for the development of the social sphere;
- a high level of knowledge of national legislation on the protection of children's rights, creation and provision of social services;
- excellent skills in conducting presentations/teaching/compiling documentation.
