Expert in the administration and support of the DARY marketplace and page administration in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

The International Charitable Foundation "Caritas of Ukraine" invites to its team - an Expert on employment and socio-economic integration of persons with disabilities within the project "Solidarity of generations and care for veterans and the elderly".

Main duties:

• Administration of the "GIFTS" marketplace.
• Adding, updating and editing product cards.
• Filling the site with current descriptions, photos, categories, information about workshops.
• Controlling the relevance of the assortment, availability of goods and visual presentation.
• Interaction with local Caritas organizations regarding the collection of materials, photos, stories, product descriptions.
• Quality control of content uploaded to the platform.
• Identification of technical or content errors on the site and communication with technical contractors or responsible persons.
• Participation in improving the structure of the marketplace, ease of use and presentation of products.
• Maintenance of Facebook and Instagram marketplace pages.
• Development of a content plan for social networks.
• Creation of text and visual content for posts, stories, reels.
• Coverage of products, workshops, stories of people, social influence of the platform.
• Communication with the audience in social networks, responses to comments and messages.
• Participation in the development of promotional campaigns, seasonal collections, thematic selections.
• Monitoring of basic performance indicators: coverage, engagement, conversions, sales or requests.
• Preparation of short reports based on the results of the platform and social networks.
• Adherence to the values of ethical and inclusive communication in all materials.

Requirements:

• Higher or incomplete higher education (preferably in the fields of: pedagogy, social work, psychology, communications, management, PR, humanities).
• Additional training in SMM, digital marketing, content management - will an advantage.
• Experience in the field of site administration, online stores, marketplaces, communications or SMM - from 1-2 years.
• Experience in the public, charitable, social or educational sector - will be an advantage.
• Experience in working with handmade products, social entrepreneurship or promotion of local brands - will be an advantage.
• Experience maintaining Facebook and Instagram pages.
• Experience in preparing a content plan and creating content for social networks.
• Experience in working with product cards or content for online platforms.
• Experience in coordinating the collection of content from partners, teams or regional offices and experience in basic analysis of indicators.
• Experience in communication with contractors or technical specialists.
• Possession languages: Ukrainian – fluent, English – level A1-A2.
• Confident use of:
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Zoom / Microsoft Teams / Google Meet
• Preferably: Canva, Miro, Trello / Asana / Notion - at a working level.

• Understanding the principles of UX/UI, digital marketing and content management.

• Working with texts for the site and social networks.

• Managing Facebook and Instagram pages.
