We invite to the team the Chief Specialist of the Department of Strategic Project Management and International Cooperation with knowledge of the English language. Civil service position. DUTIES in the position: ensuring and implementing effective international cooperation with foreign partners in the field of state financial guarantees of medical care for the population; conducting search and involvement in cooperation of international and international financial organizations in order to implement the strategic tasks of the NHSHU; participation in the development of strategic directions for the development of medical care for the population under the medical guarantees program, as well as the performance of the NHSHU functions as a customer of medical services and medicines under the medical guarantees program; studying the world experience in matters of state financial guarantees of medical care of the population under the program of medical guarantees, its analysis and generalization in order to provide proposals for the further implementation of best practices in the development strategy of the NHSHU; ensuring the organization of events with the participation of international partners; interaction with structural units of the NHSHU apparatus, if necessary - ranking of strategic tasks; organization of the participation of the management and employees of NSZU in international events (seminars, conferences, forums, etc.); ensuring the preparation of presentation materials in English and organization of meetings with representatives of international and international financial organizations, international projects and technical assistance projects. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COLLEAGUE, as ( a)y: speaks English at least B2 level and successful cases of cooperation with partners in an international direction; has a thorough knowledge of MS Office programs, the ability to use the capabilities of the Sanva graphic service will be an advantage.
