Responsibilities:

  • Planning of the list of key indicators of the quality of IT services of mobile and fixed business. Monitoring the achievement of goals in terms of the quality of the mobile and fixed business network
  • Analysis of the received mass appeals from subscribers regarding the quality of the mobile and fixed business network, development of measures to eliminate the causes that cause subscribers' complaints
  • Operational control of indicators quality across areas/regions, analysis of the dynamics of network and IT incidents of mobile and fixed business
  • Accounting, monitoring and analysis of the total number of incidents on the network and subsidiaries, preparation of reports on the number and timeliness of incident resolution
  • Accounting and calculation of SLAs for incidents related to the network
  • Cross-functional interaction with departments regarding the reasons and means of SLA fulfillment or non-fulfillment and the impact of such incidents on KRI performance indicators
  •  Requirements:

    • Higher education
    • Free orientation in modern network and information technologies, mastery of statistical tools
    • < li>Knowledge of quality management methodology in the telecommunications industry
    • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of structured query language (SQL)
    • Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI visualization tools will be an advantage
    • Good analytical skills, systems thinking, attention to detail, good presentation skills
