Responsibilities:

• Conducting an analysis of the world experience in the development of networks and services
• Project activity: development of the concept, formation of materials for protection, coordination of the implementation of network development projects and initiatives aimed at the development of the use of data transmission services
• Formation of network development plans in accordance with the Company's strategy
• Coordination of initiatives for the commercial launch of networks in populated areas
• Formation of periodic and operational reporting, including presentation materials
• Post facto analysis of construction of base stations and use of network products and services

Requirements:

• Higher education (telecommunications/marketing/management)
• Experience of project activity
• Practical knowledge of modern telecommunication technologies
• Skills of creating presentation materials
• Experience in the telecommunications industry will be an advantage
• The level of spoken and written English is above average
• Compliance with the company's corporate values
