• Participation in the development of social programs and projects directly by CSR in order to improve the Company's image, as leader of social responsibility and sustainable development among stakeholders (international financial corporations)
• Responsibility for communication and cooperation with Ukrainian and international volunteer organizations, formation of a loyal network of partners at all levels (business, government, public sector, local, national and international, NGOs)
• Organization and participation in partnership meetingsich, forming a network of partnerships between the company and the MHP-Community Foundation, including on the terms of co-financing
• Responsibility for the organization and implementation of a comprehensive educational program (online/offline formats) for the purpose of effective implementation of policies, procedures, regulations and other documents regulating the business processes of the KSP department (Fund)
• Development of corporate volunteering programs of the company in order to form the corporate culture of MHP
