Expert in interaction with operators in lifecell

We are looking for an Operator Interaction Expert ,who will join our team lifecell - a Ukrainian digital operator that has been operating for more than 15 years in a market that provides true freedom of communication. lifecell is part of the Turkcell international provider of of telecommunications and technological services, the main office of which is located in Istanbul, Turkey. 

The area of ​​responsibility of which will include: Interoperator services/ Pass services national traffic and exchange of SMS/MMS traffic through providers

Functional duties:

Operational interaction with national telecommunications operators/international service providers:

1. consideration of requests from operators for network interconnection and traffic exchange,  in coordination with the relevant divisions of the company;
2. evaluation economic expediency, technical feasibility and conditions for organizing the interconnection of operators' networks;
3. formation of the company's tariff policy and analysis of tariffs when organizing interaction with national telecommunications operators; 
4. preparation and approval of official responses to operators' requests regarding interconnection, traffic exchange;

Conclusion of new agreements regarding interconnection with operators and maintenance of existing agreements:

1. participation in negotiations regarding the conclusion or amendment of agreements;
2. initiation and amendment of agreements, preparation and coordination of draft agreements and additional agreements with national telecommunications operators/international service providers;
3. creating requests in SAP for approval by the Contracting Department and within the company of draft documents; 
4. organization and control of the signing of contracts;
5. informing internal clients about changes to contracts; 
6. control of the implementation of the specified changes (in case of changes in commercial conditions).

Analysis of the results of interaction with telecommunications operators:

1. collection and processing statistical data on traffic volumes, costs and revenues from services provided to national operators;
2. forecasting possible changes in the Company's interconnect revenues/expenses as a result of revision of the commercial terms of contracts;
3. preparation of presentations based on the results of the analysis ;

Management of national traffic routing:

1. Analysis of price offers of national or international operators for traffic routing; 
2. Creation and optimization of the national or international traffic routing scheme taking into account the quality of services, updated tariffs and other indicators;

4. Participation in projects related to the modernization of technical equipment responsible for accounting and routing of international traffic. 
>participation in the development of draft regulatory documents in the field of telecommunications.
5. participation in working groups created by regulatory bodies within the scope of competence.

Requirements:

• Full higher education - International relations, business administration, telecommunications, marketing
• Work experience of 3 years or more in a related or similar field
• Experience in in the relevant field is an advantage
• English language - upper intermediate level/fluency
• Negotiation skills
• Awareness of the regulatory framework and understanding of pricing processes of interconnect services - desirable< /li>
• Skills in traffic routing management - desirable
