The International Charitable Foundation "Caritas of Ukraine" invites to its team - an Expert on employment and socio-economic integration of persons with disabilities within the project "Solidarity of generations and care for veterans and the elderly".

Main responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of approaches to the development of employment services, retraining and socio-economic integration of persons with disabilities.
  • Methodical support of local Caritas organizations in the implementation of this direction work.
  • Analysis of the current state, needs, barriers and opportunities for the development of services in the regions.
  • Preparation of recommendations, tools, algorithms and practical solutions for local teams.
  • Development or adaptation of methodologies, SOPs, templates, instructions, training programs.
  • Support of local teams in the formation of routes to accompany beneficiaries to employment or pre-qualification.
  • Participation in the formation of partnerships with employers, employment centers, educational institutions, public initiatives and other relevant structures.
  • Conducting training, consultations, supervisions and work meetings for teams of local organizations.
  • Participation in monitoring visits to local organizations.
  • Supporting the piloting and scaling of service models.
  • Participation in the formation of internal reporting, analytics, description of results and lessons.
  • Providing expert support in the preparation of project applications, concepts and descriptions of work areas.
  • Ensuring compliance of approaches with the principles of inclusion, dignity, non-discrimination and ethical communication.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the fields of: social work; psychology; pedagogy; management; economy; HR; public administration; right; rehabilitation; or other related specialties.
  • Additional training in the areas of social services management; employment of vulnerable groups; career counseling; inclusions; professional development of adults; community development - will be an advantage.
  • Experience of work in the relevant field from 3 years (social services, employment, professional integration, development of services, work with vulnerable groups or people with disabilities).
  • Experience of work in the public, social, humanitarian or development sector - will be an advantage.
  • Languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English - from level B1 (for working with methodical materials, tools, reporting and professional communication).
  • Confident use of:
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides)
    • Zoom / Microsoft Teams / Google Meet
    • Preferably: Canva, Miro, Trello / Asana / Notion - at the working level

Professional competencies:

  • Development of methodological materials and practical recommendations
  • Development of tools, algorithms and approaches to work
  • Conducting trainings, facilitation of work sessions and consultations
  • Analysis of needs, barriers and opportunities of target groups
  • Planning and implementation of social services
