Send a private message to the member who posted the vacancy on behalf of Rose Gold Collective Sarah Sebastian Sarah Sebastian Owner / Creative Director - Rose Gold Collective, An experiential event agency / BIZBASH Top 500 The Experiential Producer will be responsible managing and executing brand and corporate event programs across the US for our corporate and lifestyle brand clients. Events include: brand launches, influencer events, PR stunts, corporate conferences, trade show booths and mobile tours and anything between our clients challenge us with! Our Producers are involved through the entire process of the event cycle from potentially kick off call to creative development to client services to onsite production.Experiential Producer Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally (internally and externally) to ensure all deliverables and deadlinesManage production staff, including assigning individual responsibilities and setting deadlines and deliverables.Translate creative ideas into project plans and deliverablesManage onsite teams to ensure the seamless installation and executionAbility to manage and execute budgets as little as $50k for an event to hundred of thousands per program.Ability to travel as we produce projects and events across the country simultaneouslyand sometimes over the weekendsMust have valid PassportExperience in managing multiple programs and events at the same time in different phasesClearly translate both team and client vision, direction, and needs to 3rd party suppliersExperiential Producer QualificationsMUST have prior Experiential AGENCY or internal lifestyle brand experience!MUST have STRONG experience in event budgeting and Microsoft office (PPT and Excel) 5+ years experience in experiential live production and event experienceProficient with Project Management Tools (we use asana)Strong skillset in Managing budgets (up to $500 k per project+)Comprehension skills to hear a client's needs, the team's input and bring it to lifeDetails Details Detail OrientedManage vendor relationships as well as cultivate new onesKnowledge and ability to speak to fabricators and understand materials, timelines and cost analysis within the industry standardsAbility to bring organized processes and knowledge to project that needs to be produced Proven track record of record developing and managing small and large, suppliers/projects/teams The thought of being on site, getting hands dirty, being hands on and putting together events excites you**Experience in TradeShow / Or multi city activations where logistics, and production throughout a program is managed**Proficient in Microsoft Office but also has a good understanding in Social media and other creative platformsBenefitsPTOPaid Holidays401k plan after 1 yearDisability InsuranceCompany Laptop and Business CCBonus structureCommission Structure for New Business Work Remote - ONLY these cities to be considered as based cities: CHICAGO, CHARLOTTE, or MIAMI - No relocation offered- MUST BE ALREADY LOCATED IN ONE OF THESE CITIESSALARY: $55-70k Based on experienceRose Gold Collective is top 500 Event agencies/ Planners according to BizBash.
