The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persistent Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will acquire a deep understanding of how design impacts business, which will drive all your communication from initial contact to a successful project start.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in written communication with leads from different pipelines
- Conduct prospect research and validation
- Lead inspirational sales calls
- Manage the sales process and organize the work of the pre-sale team
- Handle deal management from initial contact to signing the contract
- Proactively and responsibly manage HubSpot CRM
- Provide weekly accountability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager
- Impeccable spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand the client’s needs and build relationships
- Knowledge of the HubSpot CRM system is a must
- Affinity with Upwork would give you an advantage
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
