Experienced Project Manager for SaaS Product in Cinderblock

We are Cinderblock, a product company based in the USA building the world's easiest-to-use job management platform.

We're currently looking for a project manager to join our growing team.

Requirements:

- Proven track record as a Project Manager within the SaaS industry.

- Strong written and spoken English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Experience managing both web and mobile projects.

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, coupled with experience navigating the dynamic (and often chaotic) environment of a startup.

- An in-depth understanding of the software development life cycle.

Some of things you'll do:

- Collaborate closely with our product development team (from the business side through development).

- Plan and describe tasks for the team.
- Provide essential feedback during and after feature development.

- Manage sprints.
- Schedule and host team meetings.

- Keep an eye on team workload, deadlines, and progress, to ensure results match expectations.

- Keep the product changelog up to date.

About our product:

We have a web and mobile app, and are live in the market with real paying users, but are still at an early startup stage.

About our team:
We have a friendly and talented team, which includes 1 product manager, 3 product designers, 7 developers (across web and mobile), 1 QA manager, and 1 QA.

Time zone:

You will be working on a mostly EET (European) time zone, but with some overlap with EST (at the end of your day).

- GitLab and GitHub for managing our design and development processes

- Figma for managing design

- Notion for managing documentation
