Manual Testing Skills:

Here is what we hope to find in the right candidate:

 

Proficiency in manual testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.

Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans.

 

Understanding of frontend tech-stacks:

Experience with and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, console, web sockets, cookies and local storage is a benefit.

 

Bug Management:

Skill in identifying, documenting, and managing defects using tools like Jira or similar issue tracking systems.

 

Project Management and Scrum:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Ability to participate in Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

Experience in reviewing and understanding user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria in Jira.

Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.

 

Communication Skills:

Strong communication skills (English) to convey test results, defects, and project status effectively to the team.

Ability to provide clear and concise feedback to improve software quality.

 

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Skill in identifying potential issues and thinking critically to assess risk and prioritize testing efforts.

 

Test Documentation:

Proficiency in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

 

Test Environments:

Knowledge of test environment setup and configuration.

 

Regression Testing:

Experience in regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.

Following, we will continue with customer-centric development of the platform with several add-ons already designed. On a day to day basis, you will be part of a 8 people team of CTO and PM team in CPH working with developers and QA in UA.
