Experienced Full Stack React/NestJs Dev Immediate Start in SEPirak

We are a growing startup seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on NestJS & React. In this role, you will be pivotal in building out a brand new product for the retirement plan space. This position requires a blend of strong backend skills in NestJS and NodeJS, proficiency in API development, and a solid understanding of TypeScript/React For UI.As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:-Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend services using NodeJS and NestJS.-Build Amazing UI Experiences, using React/typescript.-Design and implement APIs that are secure, efficient, and easy to use.-Handle complex financial and compliance data, transforming them into practical, efficient applications.We are looking for someone who:-Is proficient in backend development with NodeJS and NestJS, and has extensive API experience. (higher end of the salary range should have alot of experience)-Has a strong understanding of TypeScript and its application in a React/NodeJS environment.-Can navigate the intricate world of financial and compliance requirements, transforming them into functional, user-friendly systems.-Is able to organize and prioritize development tasks, keeping pace with our project milestones and evolving features.You're the ideal candidate if you:-Are experienced in building and scaling backend systems in a NodeJS environment.-Understand the nuances of API design and development, especially in a financial context.-Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.-Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.-Can think deeply about both the product and the customer, ensuring a balance between technical efficiency and user-centric design.-Brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the team, contributing ideas and insights that drive our product forward.-Is comfortable tackling both backend development and front-end features.Your Responsibilities:-Building and maintaining the backend architecture of our retirement application.-Building out our front end features form Jira Tickets, mockups, and figma designs.-Ensuring the performance and reliability of our server-side applications.-Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code in TypeScript.-Writing and maintaining test classes and documentation.You should:-Speak Fluent English (Reading, Writing, Speaking & Spelling are all important!)-Be eager to learn, and share what you’ve learned over your experience-Have at least 5 years of commercial experience.-Be a person we can trust, works well in a team, gives your opinion, uses their whole brain to solve intense problemsOur Culture:-We are a startup, who understands family time and that you have a life!-We laugh ALOT, and are okay with learning from our mistakes (I make a bunch)-We speak in Memes and Gifs-We honor new ideas and give alot of freedom (we want to hear how you can make the product better)-We expect Integrity, Honor, Your Best, and give the same back.-We are fully remote, and communicate in slack.Time zones & Meetings:We are looking for someone in Ukraine timezones, or willing to work on an American schedule.We have daily standup meetings with our US/International team scheduled from 10:00 to 10:30 AM PDT(GMT-7). While we understand if you need to miss a couple, we generally expect these meetings to be attended.We don’t care when you do most of your work, but you should plan on making a majority of those daily standups, even if you log out for the day afterwards.The Project:This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to engage in a long-term creative project.
