Executive Support Analyst in Oximio

To strengthen our Administrative Office, we are looking for a new full-time colleague in the role of Analyst with management support.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, analyzing and presenting data from internal reports, dashboards and tables to support business analytics.

• Collaboration in the preparation of reports for management, data quality control and creation of supporting materials.

• Supporting internal KPI tracking processes and performance.

• Organize daily administrative tasks for senior management, including task tracking.

• Provide high-level support to the Assistant CEO/SMT Support Manager and members of the Management Team (SMT), ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

• Maintain a structured electronic filing system and implement version control best practices documents.

• Development and improvement of internal office systems to improve efficiency and consistency.

• Collaborate with the Executive Travel Coordinator in planning and organizing international business trips with accuracy and economy.

• Assist in organizing company meetings, conferences and events.

• Prepare, submit and track expense reports and accounts, ensuring data accuracy and monthly reconciliation support.

• Reconciliation of corporate credit card statements on time.

• Assist in the preparation and support of quarterly all-employee meetings and other executive team sessions.

• Create and edit presentations and meeting documents.

• Support cross-departmental project activities: data entry, marketing research, information gathering.

• Executing the functions of replacing the Assistant CEO/SMT Support Manager and Travel Coordinator during periods of absence or peak loads.

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of analytics or related areas.

• Previous work experience in an analyst and/or management support role, preferably in environments that require data-driven decision-making.

• Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in senior administrative or executive support roles.

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care.

• Fluency in English (oral and written).

• Experience in multinational or cross-functional environments is an advantage.
