Executive, Personal Assistant to COO in Buntar Aerospace

We are currently strengthening the team and are looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to COO! Key tasks: Supporting the COO in organizing the work process and managing various tasks; Coordination of communication between internal and external stakeholders; Conducting negotiations and processing requests from clients; Performing market analysis and identifying new opportunities for business development; Participation in the organization of events, meetings and conferences; Operational tasks: documentation, accounts, calendar management, reporting; Research and market analysis, preparation of presentations; Personal assignments. Necessary skills and experience: 1 year of work experience in a similar position; High communication and organizational skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and problem-solving environment; Knowledge of the English language at a level that allows for business communication.
