STAGE 1: Initial selection of submitted CVs. We will contact you if your candidate profile meets our expectations. STAGE 2: We will invite selected candidates to a meeting and ask them to do several practical tasks under the supervision of one of our trainers (we will check technical, mechanical and analytical skills). STAGE 3: Immediately after the tasks, we will want to get to know you a little: we will meet for a short recruitment interview. DECISION: We always provide feedback within 7 business days. Contributing to the continuous development of our organization pays off greatly :) Required: Previous operational experience in operations or logistics in manufacturing, transportation or warehousing, and knowledge of standard operating procedures. Solid knowledge of enterprise and warehouse management systems, related reference terms and methodologies. Knowledge of enterprise systems may include SAP, Oracle or similar. Experience with warehouse management systems may include SAP, JDA, Blue Yonder or similar. Experience with user acceptance testing protocols and execution. Ability to learn and adapt quickly and be flexible in contact with people. Problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively escalate and provide support. Strong analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail in both arease activities at the workplace, as well as documentation and analyses. Ability to transform insight into actions and proposals. Effective communication with various stakeholders: on-site and remote operations. Languages: English - clear speaking, solid writing. Preferred: Experience with tracking and location systems, especially SAP ATTP. Experience in other IT systems may be an advantage. Languages: Polish - effective verbal and written communication in a business context. Location and Travel Requirements: Business hours include Central European Time Zone (CET) hours. The role is based and focused on the workplace; you are expected to be there on most, if not all, Monday through Friday business days. The person has the opportunity to travel within the European Union for occasional meetings in Warsaw, at the hub headquarters, the factory in Augustów and other locations.
