       Key Responsibilities:

• Management and optimization of the company's operational processes to achieve strategic goals

• Managing and monitoring the implementation of important projects aimed at improving operational activity.

• Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of operational processes and their constant optimization.

• Introduction of new technologies and methodologies aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs.

• Participation in the formation of long-term plans and determination of priority areas of development.

• Development and implementation of measures to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.

• Analysis of key performance indicators and development of plans for their improvement.
  
  Our ideal candidate:
  
  

• Has at least 5 years of experience in management positions in the field of operational management

• Has successful experience managing operational processes in medium or large companies, with a deep understanding of complex business processes

• Has practical experience of working with companies in the US market, understands their standards, expectations and cultural peculiarities of doing business.

• Able to adapt to the requirements and pace of work of American clients and partners, ensuring a high level of service and compliance with deadlines.

• Results-oriented and has a strategic vision, capable of developing and implementing long-term plans in line with the company's overall development strategy.

• Able to quickly identify problem areas in operational processes and implement effective solutions to eliminate them

• Speaks English at a high level, able to communicate effectively with partners, clients and the team at the international level.
