Responsibilities: Development of strategic and business plans for the short and long term. Effective planning of resource use, determination of priority areas. Budgeting and financial analysis of processes. Trading control; Fuel trading ( export, import, terminals); Trading in the countries of the Middle East; Tracking and evaluating the results of operational activities, identifying strengths and weaknesses for their further improvement.
