Executive director of the fund in Stabilization Support Services

Charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation" (hereinafter referred to as "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation" (hereinafter referred to as "SSS" Foundation) announces an open competition for the position of the Fund's Executive Director. Employment: full About us: Since 2015, the Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation has been engaged in support and help to people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as the development of institutions of social assistance and protection of human rights in our country. The team of BO "BF "SSS" works both at the local level with regional coordinators, and at the national level - with the involvement of our national experts. Our main direction is work with internally displaced persons, as well as with vulnerable categories of the population. More about us: https://sss-ua.org/ Responsibilities: Development, supervision and preservation of a holistic vision of the further strategic and operational development of the Foundation based on values ​​and mission; Determination of the main and intermediate stages and goals, unification and direction of the team for the maximum achievement of the set tasks; Implementation of the general management of the strategic and operational activities of the Fund based on the set tasks and goals; To conscientiously, qualitatively and on time perform duties in accordance with the Charter of the Fund, approved by the General Meeting of Fund Participants; to implement the decisions of the General Meeting of Fund Participants and other management and control bodies of the Fund within their competence, to comply with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, other internal regulatory documents of the Fund; comply with the Fund's Internal Labor Regulations; to ensure the implementation of plans and tasks set for the Employee for the reporting period. To ensure the process of interaction and communication with donors and their representatives on behalf of the Fund regarding the implementation, development and future expansion of projects; To ensure the effective formation, management and development of project/Fund teams; Strengthening and development of directions projects and strategies of the Fund and their successful implementation. Qualification requirements: Higher education with an educational degree of at least a master's degree; Work experience of 5 years in a managerial position, work experience in non-profit organizations will be an advantage; Fluency in Ukrainian and English; Experience in team management is not less than 20 people; Experience working with international donors and experience in fundraising activities will be an advantage; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Experience in public speaking and communicating with the media; Strategic thinking and leadership skills; Resume and motivation letter must be sent by May 21, 2024 to e-mail address: [respond] (in the subject of the letter, be sure to indicate "Vacancy-Executive Director").
