Attracting resources for the fund through cooperation with potential sponsors, grantmakers, donors and other sources of funding. Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with public organizations, government structures and international donor organizations. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of projects, ensuring compliance with feasibility and achieving the fund's goal. Development and management of the fund's communication strategy, including interaction with the public, mass media and other interested parties. Requirements: Experience in managing non-profit organizations, charitable funds. levels C1 and above. Successful experience in attracting resources for the fund, including work with grant-makers and other funding sources. Excellent skills in developing grant applications and formulating project proposals. Strong organizational and analytical skills in managing financial resources. High level of strategic thinking and the ability to implement strategic plans. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various interested parties.
