Executive director of the charitable foundation in Kids of Ukraine

The team of the "Kids of Ukraine" charitable foundation, whose purpose is to help children of war, namely to restore the psychological state of children, due to Russian aggression, opens a vacancy for the Fund's Executive Director in Ukraine.

Our expectations from candidates:

• At least 3 years of experience in a management position in other financial institutions or similar organizations with at least 10-15 people.

• High communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze the situation and make quick decisions. 

• High level of strategic and critical thinking.

• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate the work of 4 offices.

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English in languages ​​at levels B2-C1.

• Ability for self-development and self-realization, long-term cooperation.

• Willingness to work in stressful situations and quickly adapt to changes.

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation regarding the activities of charitable organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Interaction with all BF participants: team, partners, sponsors,by international donors.

• Searching for grants, as well as supporting communication with existing partners for the development of the fund.

• Organization of preparation of approval documents at the final stage of project/program implementation, involvement of independent experts, evaluation of completed works.

• Control of timely documentation of reporting information.

• Resolution of issues related to project/program management, control of deadlines and quality of execution, if necessary, adjustments with the approval of management.

• Organization of work to determine resources (labor, financial, material, etc.) for the implementation of the project/program and actual opportunities.

• Attracting new BF members and building an effective team to facilitate their adaptation.
