Executive Director of the Charitable Foundation (Education) in Children's Future

We are looking for an Executive Director for our charitable foundation to manage and grow the organization. The main task of this position is to attract resources for the foundation and successfully implement charitable projects to fulfill the mission of the organization. Responsibilities: Management of the daily activities of the foundation, ensuring the effective work of the team and the implementation of projects within the established deadlines and budgets. Attracting resources for the foundation through cooperation with potential sponsors, grant-makers, donors and other sources of funding. Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with public organizations, government structures and international donor organizations. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of projects, ensuring compliance with feasibility and achieving the fund's goals. Development and management of the fund's communication strategy, including interaction with the public, mass media and other interested parties. Requirements: Experience in the management of non-profit organizations, charitable foundations and similar organizations, or effective fundraising for at least 2 years. Candidates without experience in the non-profit sector will not be considered. Successful experience in attracting resources, including working with grantmakers and other sources of funding. Excellent skills in the development of grant applications and the formation of project proposals. Excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to interact with various stakeholders. High level of ethics, responsibility and professionalism. Knowledge of the English language at the level of at least B2. Experience working with international grant organizations and experience in the field of education is an advantage. If the candidate's characteristics are equal, we will give preference to a woman.
