Responsibilities: Operational management of the fund's activities, ensuring the effective work of the team and the implementation of projects within the established deadlines and budgets. Attracting resources for the fund through cooperation with potential sponsors, grantmakers, donors and other sources of funding. Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with public organizations, government structures and international donor organizations. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of projects, ensuring compliance with feasibility and achieving the goal of the fund Development and management of the foundation's communication strategy, including interaction with the public, mass media and other interested parties. Requirements: Experience in managing non-profit organizations, charitable foundations. Mandatory command of the English language at the C1 level and above. Successful experience in attracting resources for the foundation, including working with grantees and other sources of funding. Excellent skills in the development of grant applications and the formation of project proposals. Strong organizational and analytical skills in managing financial resources. High level of strategic thinking and the ability to implement strategic plans. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
