Job description The detdom.info team is looking for an executive director. We have been helping children for more than 19 years and are currently looking for a talented, motivated person who loves children and has experience in attracting resources for the organization. Duties: Development of proposals for the development of a public organization and projects that meet the current needs of children Operational management of the activities of a public organization, ensuring effective team work Attracting resources through cooperation with potential sponsors, grantmakers, donors and other sources of funding. Establishing and maintaining partnership relations with public organizations, government structures and international donor organizations. Development and management of communication strategy, including interaction with the public, media and other interested parties Requirements: Experience in managing non-profit organizations, charitable foundations or charitable projects. Successful experience in attracting resources for the foundation, including working with grant-makers and other funding sources. High level of ethics, responsibility and professionalism.
