Requirements: Higher education in business, economics or related fields will be an advantage; Knowledge of best practices in the field of human resource management, finance and operations; Excellent communication and strategic skills; Influential PC user ( MSOffice, 1C); Active life position. Responsibilities: Implementation of regulations and instructions, control of their effectiveness and application; Improvement of the Company's employee motivation system, development of KPIs for improving work efficiency; Prompt resolution of issues related to process failures, development of corrections, refinement of processes, with the aim of avoiding repetitions; Control of compliance with deadlines, performance and effectiveness of quarterly administrative tasks of all heads of structural divisions; Preparation of final reports, calculation of bonuses, coordination of payments and approval of managers; Preparation of documents for product certification, selection of a testing laboratory. Working conditions: Schedule Mon-Fri 9.30-18.00 (work office); Support and mentoring from the side of experienced colleagues; 14 days of paid vacation and 10 days of corporate winter vacation; Paid mobile communication.
