The goal of work as a manager: Quarterly implementation of the production and sales plan; Control of all work processes in the company; Search for new customers; Increasing customer satisfaction (brand and service); Receive market feedback from the team; Work with objections within the team and with a client; Market analysis and development of measures to use potential opportunities for the development and promotion of the company's products; Successful experience in finding, attracting clients and concluding contracts; Be proactive, proactive, responsible and able to make operational decisions; Setting tasks for subordinates and monitoring their implementation; Organization of work and production processes; Setting up the communication system between the company's employees.
