The candidate must have leadership qualities, the competencies of a manager, because he will be entrusted with personnel management, if necessary, the formation of departments, the achievement of production plans, sales plans and the development of the company. What is important to us: Experience as a manager; Successful experience in personnel management, incl. production; Successful experience of forming a team from 0 and their motivation; Successful experience of negotiations at the level of top managers; Experience in controlling the work of a team - own, successful experience in negotiations and sales; Entrepreneurial mindset and strong administrative and organizational skills; Knowledge and understanding of the basics of marketing and marketing tools; Active life position, sociability. The goal of work as a manager: Quarterly implementation of the production and sales plan; Control of all work processes in the company; Search for new customers; Increasing customer satisfaction (brand and service); Receive market feedback from the team; Work with objections within the team and with a client; Market analysis and development of measures to use potential opportunities for the development and promotion of the company's products; Successful experience in finding, attracting clients and concluding contracts; Be proactive, proactive, responsible and able to make operational decisions; Setting tasks for subordinates and monitoring their implementation; Organization of work and production processes; Setting up the communication system between the company's employees.
