We are looking for a leader who will synchronize the work of sales, project department and logistics.
client).• Team scaling: recruitment, adaptation and training of managers.
2. Operational management and logistics:
• Establishing interaction between departments to eliminate "bottlenecks".
• Management of warehouse stocks: the balance between the availability of current goods and the absence of illiquid.
• Optimization of procurement and logistics chains.
3. Financial management and analytics:
• Accounts receivable control.
• Analysis of deal profitability (discount and cost management).
• Formation of management reporting (P&L, CashFlow) for the owner.
Our ideal candidate:
• Has successful experience in management positions in trade (experience in the field of engineering or construction will be essential advantage).
• Systems adept: builds transparent processes where others see chaos.
• Numbers-oriented: makes decisions based on Excel/CRM data, not intuition.
• Autonomous: able to independently solve operational challenges and take responsibility for the result.
