Our product is tactical simulators (https://skif.cc) based on laser tag technologies used by the Armed Forces, National Guard, Air Force, DPS, and other units, as well as the US Department of Energy. They help train personnel and keep them alive! We are also the only one in Ukraine to manufacture equipment for laser tag business (https://lasertag.net) and VR attractions (https://vion-vr.com).
• We need someone who has high results in practical activities and understanding of management strategies. Who understands how to lead a team to a result. Who knows how to reorganize and automate the company's activities. The goal we set before you is successfully implemented plans, a developed and profitable company.

Your main tasks will be:

• Formation of a mature and effective top team
• Adoption and implementation of strategic decisions that affect the long-term success of the company and its development
• Analysis, development, management of the company's business processes. Identifying and eliminating weak points of activity, increasing operational efficiency
• Control, implementation, management of the company's financial indicators
• Managing the implementation of plans and achieving the set goals of the entire company
• Working with heads of departments, establishing interaction between them, monitoring the implementation of set goals and indicators for each department

Our ideal candidate has:

• Higher education (economics, finance, marketing);
• Mandatory experience in the position of general/executive director from 3 years
• Confirmed positive experience in business management, which includes production
• Experience in managing a staff of 200 people and coordinating the work of more than 6 departments Experience in systematic management of relations with international suppliers and partners (import export)
• Ability to find non-standard solutions and successfully implement them
• Experience in building a team and its scaling
• Experience in implementing analytics, KPI and systems accounting for the work of the company (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Confirmed positive experience of organizing the coordinated work of all divisions with ensuring effective cooperation between departments in the format of clear, consistent and structured business processes
• English language - upper -intermediate
