How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• formation of the communication strategy and communication plan of the CEO of the company (together with the head of the department and other units)

• planning, coordination and control of all public communications of the CEO (external and internal)

• development of communication materials to ensure external communications (theses, quotes, columns, briefing books, presentations, production briefs, etc.)

• preparation and proactive pitching of comments, materials and columns in the media

• preparation, briefing and support of the CEO for media interviews and participation in external and internal events

• management of CEO communications in social media and preparation of relevant content

• establishment and maintenance of loyal relations with stakeholders (media, government, business associations, charitable foundations, etc.) to support communication activities of the CEO

• support of photo and video shooting, as well as the creation of other multimedia content (own and partner) with the participation of the CEO

• monitoring of public activity, evaluation of the effectiveness of communications, reporting, archiving of materials

• determination and planning of the necessary resources and financial budget to achieve the set goals

• ensuring document flow management (contracts, payments, reports, etc.)

• regular updating of SEO-related information on digital resources (corporate site, Wikipedia, media profiles, etc.)

• analysis of media trends, key topics, regular columns, infofield, etc.

Challenges for three months:

• obtaining a deep understanding of the company's business, internal processes and policies

• updating and effective management of the communication calendar of the CEO for the period 2026

• implementing a communication strategy and detailing the project plan

• preparing a briefing book for conducting interviews with Tier-1 media

• supporting current requests for comments and interviews

• creating a section with regular SEO columns on the Tier-1 media website

• demonstrating a proactive, initiative approach that demonstrates ownership and managing the expectations of internal stakeholders

To achieve results, you will need:

• experience in communications or PR on the company/agency side for at least 5 years

• higher education (management, marketing, communications, PR, economics, business, philology, journalism, sociology, psychology)

• copywriting skills, content creation and editing

• skills in managing projects/campaigns and organizing the work of cross-functional teams

• high level of command of the Ukrainian and English languages (B2), oral and written

• demonstration of proactive, an initiative approach that demonstrates ownership and management of expectations of internal stakeholders

• system, responsibility, flexibility, critical thinking and good managerial skills

• ability to analyze results, evaluate information drives and proactively propose changes

• mastery of basic office tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint

• basic understanding of the working principles of technological companies, the IT sphere and the gig economy will be an advantage
