The team consists of 160+ people with employees spread across India and US locations.What You Will DoBuild and support relationships throughout the organization to support, coordinate, and manage happenings related to all CEO/organizational initiatives as needed.Schedule meetings and conferences/Video calls: Coordinate correspondence, send calendar invitations, maintain meeting agendas, and manage logistics such as conference room bookings, parking, phone/video conferencing technology, and meals (as necessary).Maintain the CEO’s complex calendar by ensuring all details are up to date, anticipate conflicts, resolve scheduling issues, and prioritize items based on their needs. Arranging of personal tasks and coordination with personal calendaring will also be required.Monitor the CEO’s email: organize and prioritize emails, draft responses, respond to any emails that can be handled without the CEO being directly involved.Anticipate executive’s needs by being extremely knowledgeable of individual preferences and expectations. Prepare background research and materials for customer meetings, handouts, and presentations.Coordinate and plan various events and onsite meetings by gathering and assembling slides from necessary team members, coordinating meeting space, and addressing additional needs.What You Will BringPrior experience supporting C suite level employeesProficiency in all G Suite applicationsWillingness to learn and utilize advanced techniques (AI) to improve the way of workOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExceptional ability to prioritize and have a bias for actionExceptionally organized with keen attention to detailAbility to communicate and work well with a wide range of team members and their respective work styles, and a genuine enjoyment of relationship-buildingCompensationCompensation is expected to be between $90,000 - $110,000.
