As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office, managing administrative tasks, and providing high-level support to our executives. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated and capable of managing a demanding travel schedule for the team.Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to executives, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, and ensure executives are well-prepared and informed.Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.Expense Management: Manage expense reports and reimbursement processes for executives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as requested by executives, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, including conducting research, compiling data, and providing administrative support.Office Management: Oversee administrative tasks in the executive office, including organizing files, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
