As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, responding to requests, resolving scheduling conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service to our managers and clients. Job DutiesCreate, manage, and maintain meetings/calendar to include:1:1's, Team Meetings, External Vendor or Firm meetings Annual meetings, Daily Standups, Lunch meetings, Milestone/anniversary meetings, Interviews, and Project meetingsRespond to meeting requestsHandle and resolve scheduling conflicts with meeting participantsCoordinate visitor arrival with local Client AdminMaintain exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with managers and client adminConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner And any other additional ad-hoc scheduling support as needed and when requiredJob Requirements Must have reliable internet connectionQuiet room to work fromOrganizational, Communication, Prioritization, Multitasking, Time-management, Attention-to-detail, Problem-solving, Business Etiquette, Adaptability, Reliability, Confidentiality, Technology-literacy.
