In connection with the expansion of the staff, the company needs an Execution specialist (specialist in the execution of contracts) in the direction of bottled products. Experience of working with foreign trade contracts under the terms of CPT, DAF, EXW, CIF, FOB. Knowledge of export documentation, terms of supply of goods, according to Incoterms 2000 and 2010, FOSFA, GAFTA. Higher education. Knowledge of the English language ( upper intermediate).Knowledge of the MS Office package, good knowledge of the Excel program.Knowledge of the SAP program (will be an advantage).Passing a medical examination.Main job duties:Execution of trade agreements in full: from the creation and negotiation of the contract to the control of receipt of funds. Execution of export shipments: vessel planning, logistics coordination and coordination of all stages, contact with terminals/surveying companies/agents, preparation and presentation of cargo documents. Invoicing, presentation of documents to banks, work with letters of credit. Preparation and verification of contracts. Preparation and submission of nominations for shipment. Nomination of surveying companies/control of quality compliance of cargo lots. Solving issues and claims during shipments. Conducting negotiations with clients. Reporting and filling in information in corporate reporting tools. Control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
