We invite a specialist for the position Execution specialist (specialist in the execution of contracts).

Main job duties:

1. Execution of trade agreements in full: from the creation and negotiation of the contract to control of receipt of funds.
2. Execution of export shipments: container planning, logistics coordination and coordination of all stages, contact with terminals/surveying companies/agents, preparation and presentation of cargo documents.
3. Invoicing, presentation of documents to banks, work with letters of credit.
4. Preparation and verification of contracts.
5. Preparation and provision nominations for shipment.
6. Nomination of surveyor companies/control of quality compliance of cargo lots.
7. Resolving issues and claims during the shipment period.
8. Negotiations with clients.
9. Reporting and filling in information in corporate reporting tools.
10. Control over the execution of contractual obligations.
