We are expanding our team and are looking for an Event Program Manager who will support and assist the Events Department. If you are responsible, attentive to details, an expert in your field, we are waiting for your resume.

Vacancy is open for our office in Lviv

We really want you to have:

• 2 years of experience in IT, related media or NGO;
• Interest in and in-depth knowledge of technology and tech business;
• English language skills at Upper-Intermediate level and above;
• Confident user of MS Office, Google, Trello, Slack;
• Sociability, tact, ability to quickly establish relationships;
• Availability of a professional network of acquaintances (networking) in the tech industry;
• A list of successfully implemented projects in the field of professional events (conferences, seminars, etc.) and communications;
• Experience in teamwork and quick onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic planning of formats, topics and directions of professional events of Lviv IT Cluster (conferences, meetups, webinars, etc.);
• Search for speakers and experts to speak at events, negotiations, search for topics;
• Creating programs of events, agreeing on topics and formats of speeches;
• Negotiations with representatives of partners on the format and topics of their participation;
• Research of technology market trends, technology business (marketing, sales, management, etc.);
• Forming a plan and positioning of events based on an understanding of the specifics of service and product approaches in the technology business;
• Analysis of the market of professional IT events in Ukraine and the world (key conferences, dates, trends, etc.);
• Filling conference programs according to topics, trends, and audience requests;
• Cooperation with the marketing department in terms of promotion and coverage of events.
