Events Manager in SKELAR

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. Together with the co-founders, we assemble strong teams to win in global markets. 

Today, SKELAR has a dozen businesses in various niches from EdTech to SaaS. These are the companies awarded by Product Hunt, ranked among the TOP startups and product companies of Ukraine, occupying the highest positions in the AppStore and developing platforms used by millions of people. TechCrunch, Wired and other world media also write about SKELAR businesses.

Communications team is already actively working for us to make SKELAR a lovemark in the employer market. And in 2024, we will further expand the Employer Branding direction.

That is why we are currently looking for an Event Manager,which can influence the development of SKELAR as top of mind of the company among Ukrainian citizens of Aitiv. The main challenge in this position is the organization of first-class events and the formation of strong external communities.

In general, the challenges of the Event Manager: in the creation and implementation of the SKELAR employer brand strategy;
— organization of various initiatives and events (online/offline) in order to find and attract targeted candidates;
— work on external communities (community management under the supervision of the SKELAR Employer Brand Lead , work with the involvement of participants and content moderation, generating ideas for thematic events, budget control).;
— establishing contact with domain online communities for informational partnerships;
— strengthening the presence of SKELAR in the IT community through partnerships , measures;
— preparation of all necessary marketing materials in cooperation with the Communications team (setting up technical specifications for design tasks);
— monitoring and control of target indicators for timely response.
