ClickDealer is looking for an experienced Event & Travel Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic in-house PR team!

Requirements:

• English level Upper-Intermediate;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Knowledge of the event market and major trends;
• Creative thinking;
• Resilience and ability to multitask;
• High level of organization and responsibility;
• Experience in affiliate marketing would be a plus.

What are your future responsibilities:

• Organizing, participating in, and overseeing events (conferences and other events);
• Searching for, communicating with, and coordinating subcontractors;
• Selecting locations for planned events;
• Budgeting, reporting on conducted events;
• Generating ideas for gifts and their subsequent implementation for Ukrainian and international partners within the company’s loyalty program;
• Assisting in stands preparation for conferences (searching for and ordering promotional materials and merchandise);
• Arranging business trips;
• Interaction with the PR department.
