The AffHub project is expanding, and we are looking for a Head of the event organization department in Kyiv who will be responsible for the full cycle of creating offline and online events in the field of affiliate marketing.

Your tasks:

• organize offline and online events from scratch in Ukraine and Europe;
• develop creative ideas and concepts for holding events;
• search and cooperate with sponsors, partners, contractors;
• promote events with the aim of attracting sponsors and guests;
• manage the budgeting process, create estimates;
• manage and organize the work of a team of event managers.

We expect from you:

• 2 years of experience in organizing online and offline events;
• command of the English language at the Intermediate level and above;
• experience in managing budgets, working with estimates;
• management experience. People Management;
• problem solving skills;
• flexibility, readiness for dynamics and changes;
• strong leadership skills, autonomous and proactive attitude, result oriented.

Will be a plus:

• experience in organizing foreign events;
• understanding of the field of arbitrage and affiliate marketing.
