Event Team Lead in Creative&Tech Online Institute Projector

Now we are looking for a talented and creative event leader who will join our team and participate in the creation of top events. What you will need to do: be responsible for the entire process of organizing events/conferences from the stage of preparation to post-production; work with creative and marketing teams to strengthen the event brand; generate ideas for events, offer new formats and collaboration options; agree on locations, find speakers, cooperate with suppliers, etc.; resolve all issues during the event. To provide the most comfortable conditions for staying at events — regardless of the scale. manage event budgets and payments to control their implementation within the budget; build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners; keep documentation and reporting on event results for further analysis and process improvement. This is for you if: you have excellent organizational skills for such communication with clients and partners; you are able to work in multitasking mode with large amounts of information without compromising quality; you have a deep understanding of all stages and components of events for their successful further implementation; you have experience in team management (direct, support, help, etc.); you have experience in working with budgets (for example: you understand how to develop a financial plan for the project, including all costs); you understand marketing (for example: the implementation of a marketing strategy in the organization of events to achieve maximum effect and attract the target audience); you have the desire to take responsibility for the results of events and guarantee their successful completion; your English is at the level of upper intermediate to communicate with partners and speakers ; you have cool offline events in your portfolio that you are proud of. It will be a plus: experience in organizing events for 1000+ people; experience in marketing and/or production; knowledge and use of modern technologies in the introduction of events, such as virtual platforms for online events, etc.; network in the IT field.
