We are looking for an event organizer/Project event manager to join the team. 😊📝 ResponsibilitiesOrganization and coordination of events (conferences, round tables, presentations). Search and processing of client requests (tenders). Preparation of estimates, introduction of project budgeting and control of budget implementation. Search and coordination of contractors. Reservation of hotels, tickets, transfers, conferences - halls. Creation of presentations, pitching of projects to customers and partners. Preparation of reports and introduction of document flow. 📌 Our expectationsExperience: from 2 years in the field of event organization and project management (business tourism, MISE, conferences, trainings, retreats, educational programs, development programs), experience in building long-term relationships with clients. Skills: structuring large volumes of information and building work processes between external and internal teams; knowledge of programs and applications that facilitate project management; monitoring of new trends; stress resistance; system.
