We are looking for a small staff of a project manager for a project to promote personal hygiene brands among the medical community. You will be the right hand of the client, you will participate in the implementation of cool projects, you will develop new project concepts to popularize brands among the Central Asian region. You are suitable for us if: you know and know how to draw up budgets; you understand what primary author documentation is; you know how to create presentations (in PowerPoint or Canva or something similar); you are not afraid to take the initiative and try new things; you like to optimize processes; you know how to prioritize tasks; you write fluently in Ukrainian and Russian; you are not afraid to communicate and meet new people people; ready for business trips around Ukraine. You will be engaged in: planning and forming project budgets, taking into account the client's wishes and allocated budget; implementing planned projects (for example, preparation and production of printed products, ensuring the client's participation in meetings, finding and agreeing with opinion leaders, communicating with the client's contractors, coordinate and deal with sending materials, etc.); keeping documentation for projects (creation of additional agreements, transfer of invoices for payment, control of transfer of acts); development of new projects for the client; closing of projects (document circulation, financial report, archiving of materials, report to the client, control of payments).
