We are looking for an event, project manager for a project to promote personal hygiene brands among the medical community. You will be the right hand of the client, participate in the implementation of cool projects, develop new project concepts to popularize brands among the CA. We are waiting for your resume! You are suitable for us if: you know and know how to draw up budgets; you understand what primary and secondary documentation is; you know how to create presentations (in PowerPoint or Canva or something similar); you are not afraid to take the initiative and understand new things; you like to optimize processes; you know how to prioritize tasks; you write fluently in Ukrainian and Russian; you are not afraid to communicate and get to know new people; you are ready for business trips around Ukraine. You will be engaged in: planning and forming project budgets, taking into account the wishes and allocated budget of the client; implementing planned projects (as an example — preparation and production of printed products, ensuring the client’s participation in events, finding and agreeing with opinion leaders, communicating with the client’s contractors, coordinating and handling shipments of materials, etc.); maintaining project documentation (creation of additional agreements, transfer for payment of invoices, control transfer of acts); development of new projects for the client; closing of projects (document flow, financial report, archiving of materials, report to the client, control of payments).
