Recruitment stages

  • We analyze each submitted application in terms of key competencies for a given position. People who meet the criteria to the highest degree will be invited to a recruitment meeting.
  • The first stage is an interview with the HR Manager preceded by completing the recruitment questionnaire. We mainly want to learn about the candidate's previous professional experience and competences, but we also want to find out what is important to a given person and what expectations he or she has regarding his or her future employer.
  • The next stage is a meeting with the HR Manager and a representative of the Management Board. During this meeting, you can present sample case studies of the most interesting projects. We are interested in your effectiveness in overcoming design difficulties, so tell us about the problem you identified and its solution.
    You will also be given several tasks to solve, which you should spend about 1-1.5 hours on.


After completing the recruitment process, we will offer employment to the selected person who met the criteria to the highest extent. Regardless of your decision as to whether you proceed to the next stage of recruitment or not, you will receive feedback from us.
