We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist, Events, Markets Department Event Organizer (1-year temporary role)
Event Organizer Responsibilities:
- full cycle of online and offline event organization (from concept to implementation) in accordance with the target audiences and business tasks;
- development of event scenarios, timings and execution control;
- communication with internal and external speakers, preparation of materials, coordination of participation;
- setting and coordination of tasks within the team;
- making proposals to improve the effectiveness of events;
- preparing and coordinating budgets, ensuring their compliance;
- work with accounts and contracts.
- regular monitoring of events and calendar management;
- search, negotiation and coordination of work of contractors and suppliers;
- establishment and maintenance of partnerships and coordination of cooperation with key associations (EBA, American Chamber of Commerce, USUBC, UNIC, etc.);
- coordination of marketing activities for support of events;
- conducting analysis of the effectiveness of events and preparation of reports;
- development of concepts and coordination of the process of ordering, production and distribution of advertising materials and corporate gifts;
- preparation of internal digests of events and analytical reports;
- participation in the implementation of other marketing projects of the company;
Requirements for candidate:
- higher education in the field of PR, marketing, economics or another related field;
- 2+ years of experience in organizing business events;
- experience in project management and working with budgets;
- confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams);
- spoken and written English not lower than Upper level Intermediate
- strong communication and organizational skills;
- readiness for public speaking and readiness for public activity;
- focus on working with clients;
- experience in conducting online events;
- skills in working with platforms for creating registration forms, surveys, etc.
- ability to work independently on your own initiative or actively contribute to effective team work;
- attention to details, responsibility;
