Natera is looking for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys a fast paced environment and identifying opportunities to streamline operational efficiency.Primary ResponsibilitiesLiaise with internal stakeholders to understand trade show objectives and requirements.Develop Event brief, timeline and logistics planCoordinate booth logistics to include messaging, design, estimates, set up, and in booth engagement activities.Negotiate contracts with trade show organizers, vendors, and suppliers.Develop and manage budgets for trade show activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.Coordinate pre-show marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.Manage on-site activities, including booth staffing, presentations, and customer interactions.Collect and analyze post-show data to measure event success and ROI.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on post-show evaluations.Qualifications5 - 7 years corporate event and marketing experience to include pre/during/post event promotion planning and execution.
