Currently, we are looking for a motivated event manager in IT Dnipro Community full-time in Dnipro, who strives to develop our community, is not afraid of challenges and dynamic changes.

: agree on dates, make schedules and secure the necessary resources
— Develop and control estimates, allocate resources effectively
— Interact with partners: liaise with locations, catering, technical suppliers and other process participants
— Collaborate with event sponsors and partners
— Collaborate with speakers: arrange for key industry figures to attend events
— Collaborate with marketers, organize mailings and invitations
— Manage the event process: ensure smooth operations and solve operational issues
—Collect feedback, analyze the success of events and prepare reports
—Monitor trends, apply new approaches and technologies in the field of event management
—Create comfortable conditions for participants and coordinate interaction within the team

What you will need for this:

- Experience in organizing events
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to find a common language with people < br/> — Fluency in the Ukrainian language, both oral and written, competent communication
— Ability to make quick decisions and work in multitasking conditions
— Proactivity
— Responsibility
— Ownership in English at an intermediate level and above
